	Enterprise Rent-A-Car BDY was commissioned to design a new 23,000 SF regional headquarters office building for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The building is co-located with an existing fleet storage facility in Merriam, Kansas. BDY provided full programming, architecture, and interior design for this project. Project challenges included working closely with the Merriam Planning staff and Enterprise personnel to coordinate a complicated submittal on a very tight schedule, and to design an attractive, functional facility on a tight budget. BDY is coordinating all aspects of the project, including site design, landscape design, structural design, and MEP design.
