	Northgate Senior Housing BDY has recently completed the design and construction documents for the Northgate Senior Housing Facility. The “Courtyard at Northgate” is a non-assisted living complex consisting of three-story buildings totaling 205,700 SF. The buildings house 60 two-bedroom apartments and 116 one-bedroom units. There are nine fully accessible apartments with all other apartments designed as adaptable for future accommodations. The complex is complete with an exercise room, meeting hall, crafts center, laundry facilities, walking trail and street scaping. The interior design is a Mediterranean inspired decor complete with a two-story lobby, grand wood stair, and columns accompanying stucco wall and tile flooring. The apartment corridors have olive vine and floral colored carpet, pastel colored wainscots, and cream stucco walls. The apartments are in shades of olive, cream and ochre with patterned carpet and non-slip vinyl flooring. The apartments have oak cabinets, large windows and glare free lighting.
