	Pavillion Apartments The Pavilion Heights Apartments are a loft style, new 28 apartment building in Bloomington, Indiana. Located a few blocks from the Indiana University campus and downtown, it received the ‘Downtown Revitalization Award.’ The apartments have a mix of one and two bedroom units, as well as studios. It also has duplex style premium two bedroom units, with floor to ceiling windows. The building has a total of four floors, including a secure garage on the ground floor built in exposed concrete.
