	DeMarco Building BDY provided architectural design services for the DeMarco Building in Columbia, Missouri. This mini-mall is located on a site bordering the University of Missouri, the exterior treatment reflects the materiality of the campus buildings while still providing the open visual needs of the tenants. The floor plan allows for street friendly customer access similar to that of the neighboring shops, while providing an interior tenant core on the second floor due to the slope of the site.
