	Port of Kimberling Marina In order to better meet the increasing demands of a recreating public, the Corps of Engineers has partnered with private leaseholders to develop lake front properties nationwide. The Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground is one example of this successful partnership. BDY applied their planning expertise to help Port of Kimberling secure an extension to their long term lease for 151 acres at Kimberling City, MO on Table Rock Lake. The proposed master plan included a community center and outdoor recreation facilities in addition to the expansion of existing marina and campground uses. A final report, as presented to the Corps of Engineers, outlines improvements phased over a 25 year period totaling more than $20 million.
